At least two Presidential candidates,. McCain and Clinton, are at the National Civil Rights Museum today. While few would question their respect for Dr. King, there are those questioning whether the two are using Dr. King to further their campaigns. John McCain just apologized for voting against a holiday for Dr. King. Hillary Clinton will no doubt praise King and say we have far to go to reach his dream. Are these candidates campaigning or showing respect? One person suggested you can find the answer by asking whether that person would be here today if they weren’t running for office.
